Lavender is Not Just For Old Ladies....

Lavender is Just Lovely....
Lavender is Just Lovely....

It's Super Calming...

My inspiration for this wonderful smelling and comforting balm are those little mini lavender pillows that feel just soooo nice to sniff. You instantly feel calm and relaxed when you smell lavender, so I thought wouldn’t it be nice if you could add some lavender smelling balm to your temples or wrist and get that lavender smell and feeling of calm in a more convenient way than holding a lavender pillow like a security blankie (which also looks a little strange..).

Why Lavender?

So as well as smelling delightful, here are the other benefits of my lavender balm:

-Helps improve sleep

-Antiseptic, Promotes skin healing- add to any ouchies or boo boos, as well as acne, eczema and psoriasis

-Helps heal mosquito bites (Top Tip...go here to get some Bug-Off! Balm https://www.dragonfitnessandcoaching.com/product-page/handmade-artisan-organic-natural-bug-off-balm)

-Pain relief anywhere- add to head/ neck , joints, muscles

-Headaches and migraines

-Great for post exercise relief and arthritic pain

-Add to chest for respiratory disorders or add to a bowl of hot water and breathe in

-Good for haircare and hair growth

-Alleviates PMS

-Reduces blood pressure

-Lessens menopausal hot flashes

-Combats fungus growth

- Helps skin conditions such as acne, eczema and psoriasis; promotes healing

-Relieves bloating, nausea and digestive issues

-Great massage balm

A great balm to have to hand and useful for so many purposes.
