I’ve been living in Wales now for 7.5 months now. We’ve been very busy and a lot has happened (ups and downs) but here’s what’s been going on lately.
I have had stalls at a couple of lovely village fairs recently and I’ve been having lots of different conversations with people at the fairs, mostly to sow the seed that there is another way to approach your health then via the Mainstream Medical System, which doesn’t heal and just suppresses symptoms at best.

Some people are happy staying on their pharmaceuticals. And that’s fine.
But some people are happy to know that there is another way, or should I say, many other ways to help their issues.
My observation is that many people who attend these fairs are clearly not very healthy. You’d think they’d be lining up, begging to know more about how I could help them get healthier. But these unfortunately are the people that just walk past. I guess they get used to being overweight, sick and unhappy. Sometimes I wonder if I am wearing an invisibility cloak . Sometimes I want to shout, “It doesn’t have to be like this!”
The balms, salves and tinctures that I’ve been selling (partly as a way to talk people about their health) are not new. This type of herbal apothecary has been used for centuries/ millennia, unlike much of the petrochemical based drugs that many of these unhealthy people use.
As a Nauropath, Herbalist and Strength Coach, I have a huge array of modalities ‘in my toolbox’ to help people and I’m continually adding more. I’m currently experimenting with mushrooms and I’m taking a training course in November that will help people with traumas, phobias and other negative emotions that impact their life and health, which I’m very excited about. So many of my clients have trauma as the underlying root to their health concern. I really think that this will help a lot of people in a quick easy way.
We are also renovating one of our 17th Century barns. This will be the new home of Dragon Wellness, Dragon Apothecary, Dragon Fitness & Coaching and Dragon Naturopathy. It will be a gym, consultation room, workshop and meeting space, apothecary, but also, hopefully, feature wellness and healing machines/ modalities (more on this later).

I also plan to hold retreats, half day to multi-day where individuals or groups can learn how to be healthier, to take and integrate this knowledge into their everyday lives.
There’s a lot to plan and do.
But the heart of it all, I hope to help people become healthier, happier and fitter, as I have for many years.
