Ally utilises the PPSC (Pain Free Performance) formula for ground breaking and world-class training and results for her clients. It acknowledges that there are six human movement patterns; push, pull, hinge, squat, lunge, carry and her sessions train through these patterns effectively with great technique, so that you are not in pain during your everyday life, in the gym or after training.

 

She does not believe in bootcamp style shouting or even burpees and believes that you should feel better after you leave the gym than when you arrived.

She trains and works with you to achieve your goals, enabling you to move better, so that injury risk is minimised. Ultimately she helps keep you out of pain, optimising body composition (ie losing fat, adding muscle or toning), optimising strength, power and athleticism; with these skills crossing over into your every day life and any sport that you wish to undertake.

 

Her empathic coaching style will challenge you, but always within the parameters of what she knows you can do (even before you believe you can)!

Overall, she helps clients build bullet proof bodies for longevity, that are injury proof, to make sure that you are active and robust as you get older, enabling you to be as active as you choose; whether you’d like to play on the floor with the grandchildren or running 100km.

Ally van de Pol is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, PPSC Pain Free Performance Specialist Coach, Pain-Free Knees Specialist Coach, Senior Exercise Specialist, Health & Wellness Coach. She is an Emergency First Responder; CPR/AED Trained.
