TRAINING

Bright & Early!

50 minutes classes

3 times a week 

in Sai Kung town

If you like the extra motivation or social aspect of working out with other people and you have attained a decent level of fitness with no specific training goals, then group training could be for you. We use a combination of modalities, with a focus on resistance and interval training. 

​Early Outdoor Group Training takes place 5.45am - 6.35am by the swings at the Sai KungWaterfront Park on 

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, minimum 4 to run.

PRICES:

$160 for drop in session

$1300 for 10-session package

$2400 for 20-session package

​

All packages to be used (or lost) within each training block.

​

Indoor Sessions for groups can take place at an arranged day / time in the gym.  HK$750 per session (max 6 people).​
