You never know what you’re going to get- Ally has a million exercises she mixes up- running, trx, stretches, weights, ropes, ladders and circuits- so she keeps you on your toes and you work all parts of your body over the week.
Ally’s also good at throwing in exercises to target any particular aches and pains we may bring with us that morning- she definitely knows her stuff. I love the early mornings - we have lots of fun and those sunrises over Sai Kung waterfront are stunning- come and join us!!”
