I'm Ally van de Pol.  I am Head Coach at Dragon Fitness and Coaching and I am a personal trainer, senior exercise specialist and qualified holistic nutritionist (you can get the low down on my qualifications and bio here).

Whether you have an existing health condition or niggle, you’d like to lose weight, get fitter or just generally have more energy, personal training in my private gym could be for you.

​

My gym is 7 minutes from SK town, sanitised after each client and I'm diligient with not training clients who are unwell or exhibit symptoms of being unwell.

​

Long term health is my goal, while ensuring you feel better and look better along the way.

WHY CONSIDER PERSONAL TRAINING?

Individual functional training gives you complete focus on your own goals, at a time that suits you. Perfect if you have not exercised or strength trained regularly, have recently given birth or are working on specific goals. Each programme and session is tailored for you, ensuring perfect form before progression. Most clients choose to buy packages.  All 1:1 personal training packages include up to one hour’s  free initial consultation.

ABOUT OUR GYM

Dragon Fitness is a 800 sq foot, air-conditioned, custom built gym in Ally's house in Sai Kung.  The gym is clean and private and equipment is sanitised between clients.  And lets not forget our Dragon Fitness mascot Cujo.

1:1 TRAINING

$750: 1 hour ad-hoc session

$6,500: 10 sessions

$12,000: 20 sessions

$850: 1 hour ad-hoc session, for 2 people

$8,000: 10 session package, for 2 people
