The nutrition coaching was just the jumpstart I needed to rethink my eating habits. Having Ally track my meals helped me to focus on healthy eating and to make some long-lasting and beneficial changes. Six months on and I’m still following her advice!

 

When asked what I have learned,: it is the proper technique. But there is really even more, body awareness is the biggest takeaway. Just a little tweak and suddenly, the exercise moves to the correct muscle. ‘Screwing my hands to the floor’ has made all the difference!

Strength training with Ally is my new favorite thing. I love seeing my progress in physical changes but also in my strength and mood.
