"I have been joining Ally's early morning group fitness sessions on and off for the last 6 months.  I have two young children, work full-time and travel a lot for work, so exercise had been on the back burner for a while!  These sessions fit in perfectly with my schedule which was why I originally turned to Ally (plus some great recommendations from friends!).


I have really enjoyed getting up in the morning for an intense workout before my normal day begins - Ally brings a great injection of fun and energy to my day and I miss going on those days when I am traveling.  I have noticed a huge difference to my fitness levels since going and even managed to complete a sub 1 hour 10km race which I was very proud of (not being a frequent runner).  Ally adjusts exercises for me based on physio recommendations and what I really enjoy is that each session is always a different combination of exercises so different muscles are used and strengthened each time.


It's a fun bunch of people that join each morning and a variety of fitness levels so everyone can work to their own ability.
