I felt the need to address my Health and Fitness, because I was at my heaviest weight due to unhealthy eating and the menopause which was affecting my overall health and mobility.
 

I chose Ally at Dragon Fitness and Coaching to help me as I wanted my fitness and weight-loss journey to be a lifestyle change, something that was sustainable long term and would enable me to sustain my weight loss and not yo-yo, and  I felt she was able to help me
 

The strength training, adjustments to my eating and a food diary have been most useful and beneficial so far and I have learned that achieving my goals take time and that there are no quick fixes.
 

I’d recommend the HNF programme, especially to women struggling with weight gain
 

Twelve weeks on and I am feeling so much better (and lighter) and feel that my body is healing, getting stronger and fitter.
